Shipping policy

 

Local Delivery (Calgary)

We offer free local delivery within Calgary.
Orders are usually delivered the next day, or the same day if placed before 10:00 AM (Calgary time).

Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.
A flat shipping rate of $10 CAD applies to all orders under $70 CAD (before tax).

💝 Free shipping is available for all orders over $70 CAD (before tax).


Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and typically takes 2–5 business days across Canada.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Packaging

Every piece comes beautifully packaged in our signature gift box and bag, ready for gifting.


Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The jewelry must be new, unworn, and undamaged.

  • It must be in its original packaging (gift box, bag, and tags).

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry

  • Items that have been altered (size, design, etc.)

  • Pieces showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

 

How to Start a Return or Exchanges

  1. Email us at help.twinkle.box@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation of the reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your item.

If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for another design or size, simply mention it in your email.
Any price difference (if applicable) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
