If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The jewelry must be new, unworn, and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging (gift box, bag, and tags).

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry

Items that have been altered (size, design, etc.)

Pieces showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
How to Start a Return or Exchanges

We’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your item.
If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for another design or size, simply mention it in your email.
Any price difference (if applicable) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
